Yeah me!

According to my physical today, I lost 9.5 pounds since last month’s appointment. I think my doc was impressed. I know I am! All credit goes to my wife who’s been feeding me dinner on smaller plates (I think they’re called salad plates!), helping me cut back on snack-ies, changed some of my favorites to sugar-free varieties and helped me switch from ground sirloin to ground white meat turkey on my tacos!
