England’s Guardian Unlimited newspaper, which is strongly pro-Kerry, has launched an online tool for foreigners to receive the name and contact info for a registered voter in Ohio.
The Guardian is encouraging it’s readers to write to voters undeclared voters (not registered as Democrats or Republicans) “to explain how US policies effect you personally, and the rest of the world more generally, and who you hope they will send to the White House.”

I penned a letter of my own on this subject last Thursday.
I doubt these letters are going to do much more than raise the ire of those who receive them. On a selfish note, thank goodness they are focusing on Clark and not Franklin County.
