Hey, maybe Fanblogs.com is going to hit the big time. Not only has the start of college football season caused a ten-fold increase in our traffic, but we’re starting to get noticed by the press. You know? Like…the media!
Pete and I received an email from Davide Dukcevich, a staff writer at Forbes.com, to talk about Fanblogs.com and sports blogs in an upcoming article. How kick ass is that?!
Here’s just part of what he had to say:
I m writing an article on the best sports blogs and I came across your site, which I think is really well made. Very in-depth and comprehensive.
So, if we actually make it into Forbes or anything like that, I’ll be sure to post a link. I’m so pumped!!!!
PS – If any of y’all want to be our sugar-daddy corporate sponsors, let me know!
Awesome! It really is a well made site. 🙂
Oh hush. You’re just saying that so we’ll get more UT writers! 🙂
Thanks, hon!
That is freakin’ AWESOME! And so well-deserved! Wahooooooooo!
Hmmmmm. First the NYT, now Forbes. We’re famous!
yay! Congrats Kev!!! (and you’re whole team over there)
Hey! That’s not fair – we’ve just added some more authors and I think we’re up to 11 or so now. They just don’t have the hang of it yet. 🙂
Okay…I’m confused. I seriously thought there was a handful of you over there at fb.com. No? You know I have no idea because I do. not. like. football.
You know, I have been known to do corporate sponsoring. No, you don’t have to rename the blog or do a huge logo or anything (not like the whole Enron Field/Minute Maid Park thing), but a link is nice. Nothing more. 🙂 Let me know if you ever need me to hook you up!
How cool! Congrats!
