From the NYTimes: Tournament Viewers May Miss Out if There’s War
Long story short (or if you haven’t registered for the free NYTimes access), if there is a war during the tournament, CBS would cover the war and it’s affiliate channels (ex: MTV, TNN, etc) would air the basketball tournament. Of course, there’s always DirecTV’s MegaMarchMadness option – the only guaranteed way to see/Tivo every single game in the tournament.
