YEAH! We sold our house! The whole closing process was very simple and we walked out of there with a big, fat check and a smile. We’re going to spend one night away from the cardboard boxes of our impending move and just chill out with some wine and a movie. YAHOOTIE!
Because of the late closing on our house (and the holiday on Monday), it looks like we won’t be buying the new house until Tuesday or so. Of course, you’ll hear it hear first so be sure to check back in.
