Surprise UN Inspections

Ah! All the world rejoices as the UN conducts surprise inspections in Iraq. They are “suprise inspections”, right? Maybe to you, but inspections may not be such a surprise to the Iraqis. UN admits tipping off Iraq for arms inspection. I guess it’s not too surprising that this remains under-reported by the TV media, either.
